    In order to improve employees' work efficiency and personal qualities, we provide various job and language training programs other than legally required training by individual and position, as well as programs in conjunction with the headquarters.

Hiring Process

  • The selection process is a first round of document screening.
    Documents required for the screening process are an English resume and a Korean resume written in MS Word,
    indicating the department to which you are applying, and sent to recruit_dym@borealisgroup.com We will contact you individually after review.

  • Candidates who pass the screening process will be interviewed by the HR department and the department head of the applicant department.
    Afterwards, the candidate will be reviewed by the executive in charge and will be hired through the final passing process.
    In addition, candidates who apply for employment (such as national veterans) are given preferential treatment in accordance with relevant laws.

  • The retention and use period for documents submitted during the recruitment process is in accordance with applicable laws,
    and if you request deletion, please contact recruit_dym@borealisgroup.com and we will delete the information in accordance with the law.
